Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dwell Home Co. Whether you've bought items in-store or online with local pickup, we offer a 14-day return policy. Here's how it works:

Returns: Items returned within 7 days of purchase and in good condition will be refunded to the original method of payment.

In-Store Credit: Returns made after 7 days and up to 14 days will be in-store credit.

Large Art: Art larger than 11" x 14" may be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

Furniture: Furniture may be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

 Final Sale:  Custom orders and sale items are final sale.

Online Orders:

For items ordered online and shipped, we offer a 14-day full return policy. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages or Defects:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damages or defects, contact us immediately at info@dwellhomeco.com. Provide photos of the damage, your full name, details of the damage or defect, and the date you received the item. Any damage due to shipping and handling should be filed with the carrier directly.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing and post the refund to your account.
